Unique stamp celebrates 125 years of The Railway Magazine


Our title of sister, The railway magazine reached the incredible milestone of 125 years of continuous publication this year.

Launched in 1897, when Queen Victoria was on the throne and Robert Gascoyne-Cecil was Prime Minister, the magazine has been the go-to newspaper for all railway matters ever since.

At the same time, we have seen five more monarchs, 23 more prime ministers, two world wars and enormous social and economic changes, with The railway magazine delivering constant news content and a unique mix of award-winning photos, reports, interviews and exclusives.
